In Kuching…

1. I get to see him everyday! Ok, maybe not everyday, but at least several times a week!
2. I have the whole house to myself from 7am to 5pm. I can watch endless of movies and online using the wireless connection.
3. Most of the night, me and him go out hunting for good food for dinner. With countless restaurants and coffee shops in Kuching, we still have a lot yet to explore.
4. I have yet to meet up with some of my old friends - like Clement B. and Alan R.
5. My coursemates and I plan to go to Mdm Angie’s house for cooking. How can I miss the good food?
6. My wish to climb Matang Hill has not yet to be fulfilled.
7. In Kuching, I can meet up with my coursemates - Emm, Lydia and Maria - whenever I want to!
8. I get to see my sister everyday. I want to spend some quality time with her before she is married off next year. Hihi…
9. With nothing much to do at my sis’ place, I’m reading a book about literature theory. See, now I understand what is psychoanalytic criticism!
10. I get to see him most of the nights! Oh, have I mentioned it earlier?

In Sarikei…

1. I can play guitar and keyboard. My fingers now are very itchy to create some music.
2. I get to meet up with my hometown friends!
3. My parents!
4. I can sleep on my old comfortable bed.
5. I have my own transport (car, motorbike, bicycle - whichever available) in Sarikei - therefore I can go out to buy things, jogging or withdraw money whenever I want to.
6. Night hangouts - eat kompiah (Jln Meranti), kampua mee, Sheraton Seafood or Kampung Seberang Malay stalls - been months since I taste the food there!
7. There is a job for me in Sarikei - in a computer shop. Salary RM300 permonth. Format computer all day long. I like and enjoy. And can earn money as well. But then I have to leave Kuching…
8. I can bake cakes - there is equipment to do so.
9. I can go to places without getting lost.

So, Kuching or Sarikei?
